We offer free returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery.

3. Free Return Shipping

Approved returns submitted within the eligible 30-day period qualify for free return shipping.

When applicable, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or alternative return instructions. The return must be shipped using the method provided by our customer support team.

HuggleLand is not responsible for products returned to an incorrect address, products sent without authorization, or packages lost because the customer did not follow the provided return instructions.

4. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

  • The product is defective
  • You receive the wrong product
  • The size, design, color, or variation differs from your order
  • One or more products are missing

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Final-sale or clearance products clearly identified as non-returnable

6. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible products, depending on availability.

To request a different design, color, size, or variation, contact us within 30 days of delivery. The fastest solution may be to return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.

Replacement products are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.

7. Return Inspection

After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to verify that it meets the return requirements.

We reserve the right to reduce or deny a refund when:

  • The product shows signs of use, washing, misuse, alteration, or damage
  • Parts, packaging, accessories, or promotional items are missing
  • The returned product differs from the product originally purchased
  • The return was made outside the permitted return period

8. Refund Processing

Original expedited shipping fees, optional shipping upgrades, duties, taxes, and other non-refundable charges may not be refunded unless the return is caused by our error or required by applicable law.

9. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate your request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

If the order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

10. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Orders refused at delivery or left unclaimed may be returned to the sender.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, unpaid customs charges, or failure to collect the package, any additional shipping or handling costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
